Revd Ruth Gee, President of the Methodist Conference, speaks of Mary Magdalene.  A misunderstood lady of the Bible:  This is a short discussion about Mary Magdelene:  click here.

Steve Wiens writes a blog which young parents will relate to in a sensitive and funny manner.   He writes:  ‘maybe it’s time to stop reading the blogs that tell you how to raise the next President who knows how to read when she’s three and who cooks, not only eats, her vegetables. Maybe it’s time to embrace being the kind of parent who says sorry when you yell. Who models what it’s like to take time for yourself. Who asks God to help you to be a better version of the person that you actually are, not for more strength to be an ideal parent.’   In his latest entry, he writes “Let me be the one who says it out loud” here.  His wife also writes a blog and her link can be found on this page too.

This is a site of recorded services, written and enlightening sermons and beautiful choral renditions from an American church.  If you are awake early on a Thursday morning, you might like to watch it on channel 10.  (Australia)
